Privacy Policy – I guarantee that your personal details, financial and contact information, will never be divulged to/sold to any third party. The only exception is when there may be a requirement under law. I will comply with privacy and confidentiality legislation that is applicable in Australia and for the state I reside in (currently, New South Wales).

No external service providers/third party providers have access to the information with the exception of my web hosting service which is subject to the same privacy policy and will not divulge or share any information, unless required by law.

 

Terms of Service

Refund Terms and Conditions for courses. Full refunds (less an administrative fee of $30), are only available if you have not commenced any lessons/assignments. If you have commenced study and the facilitator has begun assessing your activities, you may be eligible for a pro-rata refund for the unsubmitted sections of your course only.

Refund Terms and Conditions for Residentials

Full refunds less applicable fees (e.g., bank transaction fees, PayPal fees, administration fee), are possible depending on the amount of notice given prior to the event taking place, and also are influenced by venue requirements – see the individual refund policy that applies to your intended residential event on the relevant event page/s.
